During the month of October, the Valletta youth group focused more on Anxiety as a topic. One session was led by the youth, where we looked into what are the causes for anxiety for today’s youth generation. This was organised by the young people who shared the information that they had gathered and experienced. We also tapped into gaining skills to manage anxiety, which was done with the facilitation of our trained Gestalt therapist. 

Every month we also organise outdoor sessions. This month it was very spontaneous as we organised a football match as well as practised breakdance! 

The month of October is also known to be Halloween month. So for this month we organised a halloween karaoke party with the young people, and we encouraged them to make handmade costumes while using recycled materials.
