Valid Reasons to Join Our Team

Responsible Volunteering

Responsible volunteering involves everyone thinking about and taking responsibility for their actions. We humbly pride ourselves in being ambassadors of responsible and meaningful volunteering through the creation of sustainable grassroots programmes that genuinely address the communities’ needs and have their best interest at heart. For volunteers, it involves having an open mind, preparing yourself well beforehand and respecting people, cultures and local environments.

Cultural Exchange

We believe that education is one thing you will carry with you all your life. Spending time within the host community will help you to gain a deep understanding of the culture while sharing your own reflections. This two-way cultural exchange promotes international peace through building cultural bridges.

The School of Life

We encourage you to reach your full-potential. By volunteering with Right 2 Smile, you will be invigorated by the real life situations you encounter, which will give you the confidence to push your comfort zone and kick-start new ideas. We aim to make your experience one that counts - to instill a sense of responsibility, a feeling of empathy and ignite the fire of the social activist that lays in every one of us.
