Training Course: Mentorship Road

We are inviting youth workers and educators to join the Training Course “Mentorship Road”, an Erasmus+ project designed to strengthen mentorship skills and support youth (ages 13–25) with confidence and care.

About the Training Course

The aim of this project is to improve the mentorship skills of youth workers. Together, we will explore how to:

• Build and maintain professional boundaries & ethics in mentorship relationships
• Create a space for sharing best practices with other youth workers
• Understand the different needs of young people, especially vulnerable youth
• Develop tools to create safe, supportive spaces for youth

Who Can Apply?

You are welcome to join if you:

• Are a youth worker or educator working with young people aged 13–25
• Want to learn more about mentorship and addressing the needs of vulnerable youth
• Can communicate in English
• Are at least 18 years of age

Practical Information

• Dates: 9–13 November 2025
• Location: Veliki Gaj, Serbia
• Costs: All travel, accommodation, and participation costs are fully covered through the Erasmus+ programme
