The Smile Summer Camp! – Call for Quotations: Project Coordinator

Right to Smile Foundation will be holding a Summer Camp for Youths during the summer months (dates to be confirmed). This project is designed to provide an enriching and transformative experience for young individuals. The primary objective of this project is to expose the participants to voluntary and community work, allowing them to actively contribute to their communities while fostering a sense of Social Responsibility.

The Smile – Summer Camp! will offer a holistic and comprehensive experience that combines community engagement, personal growth and skill development, fostering a generation of active and empowered young citizens.

Position: Project Coordinator

• Timelines Management
• Reports Preparation
• Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project team members, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Coordination: Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling meetings, arranging workshops, and managing resources to support project implementation.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, decisions, and outcomes for future reference and evaluation.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Duration: Approximately 30 hours
