In September 2011, a journey began that has transformed the lives of countless children in the Olasiti community of Kenya. It was then that Damjan, during a visit to Olasiti, met with Daniel Pariken Sakuda and the community to discuss their most pressing needs. The answer was clear: Olasiti needed a school.
What started as a simple yet ambitious vision has grown into a life-changing project. Together, with the incredible dedication of the community, volunteers, and donors, we built a primary school that has given children access to education right in their village. Today, that vision is expanding as we near the completion of a junior secondary school, ensuring these students can continue their education close to home.

We are now in the final stages of this incredible 13-year journey, and we need your help to cross the finish line. To fully complete the junior secondary school, we must build the last two classrooms. These classrooms are vital to providing a safe, effective learning environment where children can grow, learn, and dream of a brighter future.
This project would not have been possible without the generosity and hard work of donors and volunteers, who have given their time, resources, and energy to see this school come to life. Now, we call on you to help us complete this final stage.
Your donation, no matter the size, can make a lasting impact. Every contribution brings us one step closer to giving Olasiti’s children the opportunity they deserve.

Over the years, volunteers and donors have shown what is possible when communities across the world come together for a shared purpose. From organising fundraising events to helping maintain the school, your unwavering support has brought hope and opportunity to Olasiti.
We are incredibly close to completing this dream. With your help, we can build these final two classrooms and ensure the Olasiti School continues to empower the next generation.
Together, let’s finish what we started. Thank you for being part of this extraordinary journey.
